This service includes the setup of traps for possums. Optional roof-proofing services are available only if specifically requested and agreed upon in writing before the service is provided. We do not guarantee or warrant the capture or relocation of possums, as the effectiveness of the service may depend on external factors beyond human control.

Possum release will be arranged based on the availability of our team or contractors if they are working within range of your property, with no charges as a goodwill gesture.

If our team or contractors are unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for possum release at their own
cost. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from the trapping, handling, or release of possums. The customer is responsible for monitoring the traps and notifying or taking action accordingly promptly. The customer must ensure that the property is safe and accessible for contractor to provide the service.
